Gordon Mote Spreading Christmas Cheer

12/17/09 (Nashville, TN) – Multi-talented RSI Music recording artist, Gordon Mote is doing his part to spread Christmas cheer throughout the Holiday Season. The popular singer and musician presented a live concert event, which aired this past Sunday, December 13, across North America via enLighten Radio, XM & Sirius Radio, as well as Direct TV and the DISH Network. The 90-minute concert spectacular featured Mote performing before a live audience, sharing songs from his latest Gospel release, I Will Sing, as well as his popular Christmas recording, The Star Still Shines. 

Encore presentations of the special will air at the following times on XM Channel 34, Sirus Channel 67, Direct TV Channel 828 and the DISH Network’s Channel 6067:

Monday, December 21 at 8:00pm (Eastern time)
Saturday, December 26 at 9:0pm (Eastern time)
Tuesday, December 29 at 10:00pm (Eastern time)

Earlier this year, Mote received Music Row’s Music City Award for Piano/Keyboard Player of the Year for 2009, as well as Piano/Keyboard Player of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. His current Southern Gospel radio single,  “When I Lift Up My Head” became the singer’s latest Top 40 hit. The upbeat Gospel bluegrass tune, written by the late Dottie Rambo, features multi-award winning recording artist, The Isaacs, on background vocals.
