“This project is a celebration of faith and fresh starts,” shares Bill Gaither, who curated the song list to reflect the group’s journey and purpose. “It speaks to the sunrise after the night, to the things that last, and to the joy we find in every new day.”

There is a bright, bold, exhilarating feeling flowing through the project, which features a cross-section of nostalgic and classic songs performed with GVB’s signature sound. The inspirational album brims with stirring arrangements and heartfelt storytelling.

The epic title track, “Then Came The Morning,” (which was co-written by Bill and Gloria Gaither and Chris Christian) anchors the project, offering an uplifting reminder of the power of God’s promises after life’s darkest nights. Other standouts include an anthemic “There’s a Hole in the Heart of This Country,” The Imperials’ classics “Sweet, Sweet Spirit” and “No Shortage,” the invigorating “Hard Trials Will Soon Be Over,” and other beloved selections from the Bill and Gloria Gaither songbook.
