Bill Gaither turns 80!   

Social Media was exploding up all day Monday with 80th Birthday greetings for Bill via the Gaither Music Facebook page.  Then on Monday evening, Bill and Gloria’s kids – Suzanne,  Amy and Benjy – surprised him with a birthday party attended by a houseful of family friends and fellow musicians.

Bill’s plans for the future are: spending as much time as possible with the people he cares about, and making ground-breaking music for as long as possible!  And his year is off to a great start already, as he is spending most of this week with friends and writing with some of his dearest songwriting buddies.  Here’s wishing Bill many more wonderful years doing what he loves!
