Our hearts grieve on the passing of Landy Gardner. Landy was the husband of Joy Gardner and was part of our Homecoming Family for more than 20 years. He was a talented musician, a loving father & grandfather and brilliant interior designer. He will be greatly missed by all of us here at Gaither Music and by the family and friends he leaves behind.

Gloria Gaither had this to say about her friend, Landy: “Landy was a lover of beauty—spiritually, musically and tangibly. He could sense the deep beauty of the Spirit in worship, in the power and subtleties of music, and in the nuances of relationships, both human and divine. And in response Landy made beauty in everything he touched, bringing harmony and symphony to the homes he decorated and the venues he transformed. It was a hands-on response to the beauty of the God he knew. Now he is in the embrace of that Beauty he was so driven to experience and create.”
